Infrastructure amidst the Vienna Woods

The shopping city South, Riverside and Mödlinger pedestrian zones invite shopping and strolling.

For a balanced work-life the area provides a heavenly selection of leisure activities such as golf and a tennis club, a riding school, spa resorts and spas as well as a natural swimming lake and a windmill lake. For joggers, walkers, cyclists and mountain bikers there are over 1,000 km of well-constructed paths to explore in the Vienna woods.

Hinterbrühl is a picturesque village with direct transportation links in all important directions.

The train station in Mödling is reached in approximately 7 minutes, the metropolis of Vienna with its numerous cultural and culinary benefits and the main train station in approx. 15 min, the airport or St. Pölten in approx. 30 min.

The bus takes you in just a few minutes to Mödling, where you can reach all nearby places and Vienna.

The sprawling network can be reached in around 20 minutes, where you can leave your vehicle directly at the terminus of U6 in Siebenhirten in a large multi-story parking garage.
